What clients say
“From scheduling to pickup to drop off the service was five stars all the way. I used them for a long trip between UAE and Saudi and everything, including the border car switch, was arranged and went smoothly.”
Route guide
Jeddah to Dammam crosses the whole width of Saudi Arabia, roughly 1,300 km from the Red Sea to the Gulf. There is no border, so the same car and driver take you all the way. The route is used by families moving to the Eastern Province, employees transferring between offices and people driving a household across the country. Many split it with a night in Riyadh. A same-day drive is possible on request with two drivers.
Travel time & distance
Duration
~12–13 hours
Distance
~1,300 km
The drive takes around 12-13 hours without an overnight stop. Getting out of Jeddah and passing Riyadh are the slowest parts. Rest stops along the highway add short breaks, and leaving before dawn helps you reach Dammam before the evening rush.
For journeys of this length, we generally recommend splitting the trip into two days with an overnight stop, typically in Riyadh. This allows for a more comfortable and well-paced journey. However, it is also possible to complete the transfer in one continuous trip if preferred.
Splitting the drive in Riyadh
Riyadh sits along the way and makes a natural halfway point. Stopping there for the night turns a very long day into two comfortable ones, which matters with children or older passengers. You choose and book the hotel, and the same driver collects you the next morning to continue east. If you would rather push through, the trip can be done in one go with rest stops.
Moving house across the Kingdom
A cross-country move is where a private van earns its keep. Suitcases, boxes and bags go in once in Jeddah and come out in Dammam, with no airline weight limits and no separate courier. The same driver is with you the whole way, so nothing changes hands. Let us know roughly how much you are bringing and we will suggest the right vehicle.
Red Sea pick‑up, Gulf coast drop‑off
We collect from any home, hotel or office in Jeddah, including Al Hamra, Al Rawdah, Obhur, the Corniche and King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED). Drop‑offs cover Dammam, Al Khobar and Dhahran, plus King Fahd International Airport (DMM) if you are flying on.
